Delete your account or data

In the app (fastest)

1. Open CalMeter and go to the Profile tab.
2. Tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you’re signed out.

By email

If you can’t use the app, email info@calmeter.app from any address, with the mobile number or Google email you sign in with. We’ll verify that the account is yours and delete it within 7 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in (mobile number or Google login)
• Your profile: name, email, phone, sex, date of birth, height, weight and goals
• Every food you logged, your custom foods and your weight history
• Your meal reminder settings

Food photos are never stored, so there’s nothing to delete there. Records of cloud AI scans (date, AI model and cost figures, never a photo or food) are no longer linked to you and are erased after up to 90 days. Crash reports don’t contain your meals or personal details and expire automatically after up to 90 days.

Subscriptions: deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in the Play Store (Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) so you aren’t charged again.

Delete some of your data, keep your account

You can delete individual data at any time in the app:

• A logged food: tap it on the Today screen, then Remove. It’s deleted permanently.
• Profile details and goals: change them on the Profile tab.
• Anything else (for example weight entries, custom foods or your scan history): email info@calmeter.app from any address with the mobile number or Google email you sign in with and what you’d like deleted. We’ll verify the account is yours, delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.

Food photos are never stored, so there are none to delete.

Just want to sign out?

Profile → Log out signs you out of that phone and removes your data from it, but keeps your account so you can sign in again later.
